How will I know that a return
has been received at the address?
Keeping the costs as affordable as possible is our priority. Therefore, we decided not to keep any evidence of parcel receipts.
No notifications will be sent to subscribers and we won’t be
opening, photographing or documenting the parcels.
The primary purpose of our service is to provide you with
a valid local return address for occasional international returns
and enable you to get your merchandise back at some point.
You can monitor the tracking status of each buyer return in the Amazon Seller Central to confirm, that it was shipped back to one of your international return addresses.
Other service providers who offer a complete returns service
are typically charging expensive per-item handling fees,
which are very impractical for small sellers of low value items.
All our customers will have a personal code, which will be included in their address. This allows us to link returns to individual sellers.
Once a year, we will undertake a consolidation of returned items.Subscribers will be contacted and informed about the quantity of returned items and offered a consolidated return.
